meson wrap install libxrandr

Or, download the wrap file directly fromthis linkand place it in the 'subprojects' directory of your project.

Libraries (or programs) from libxrandr 1.5.4-1 can be used by adding the following lines to your meson.build file:

xrandr_dep = dependency('xrandr')
